Pratamnak Night Market is located in the area. You can buy almost anything at the market and dine there as well. The market starts to come alive around 6pm. From smoothies to crabs, coconut oil to suitcase, the market covers the basic needs of vacationers. To get to the city center you can walk to a tuk-tuk or hail a cab. But it will take about 15-20 minutes to walk to the tuk-tuk from C-View Residense. There are no big stores on Pratamnak, but there are plenty of 7/11's, Top's, money changers, pharmacies. There are 2 beaches on Pratamnak - one near the Asia Pattaya Hotel and the other crossing to Pratamnak from Jomtien. The Big Buddha with a beautiful observation deck is nearby.

Next door to C-View Residence is the 7/Eleven convenience store, where you can pick up a cooked breakfast or coffee sandwich in the morning. There you can also buy all the essentials for your home, from pens to household chemicals, from children's toys to paracetamol. Not far from the condo is a money changer and a full pharmacy. Also very close by there are several cafes and a couple of restaurants, where you can have a delicious breakfast or lunch and a cozy sit in the evening.
