But it takes about 20 minutes to walk to the tuk-tuk from the condo.

There are no big stores on Pratamnak, but there is a 7/11, Top's, a money changer, and a pharmacy near the condo. They are all within walking distance. On Pratamnak, the cleanest beach near the Asia Pattaya Hotel is a 5 minute walk from the condo. Next to the condo is a golf club (on the grounds of Asia Pattaya). The Big Buddha with a beautiful observation deck is nearby.
